Linn County came to Brashear for makeup games on Thursday. In the softball game, Brashear jumped out to a 3-0 lead in the first, but Linn County made the game close with a pair of runs in third. Tiger fans could breath easier after Brashear scored 5 runs in the 5th and another 3 in the 6th on their way to an 11-2 win. Alexa Higgins homered and doubled for Brashear, Tanna Garlock and Atalie Hagan both went 3 for 4, Kynleigh White and Averi Acton were both 2 for 4, and Hannah Grissom also had a hit. Averi Acton went the distance on the mound, striking out 7 while pitching a 2-hitter.

The Linn County baseball boys scored 3 runs in the top of the 1st, but Brashear didn't allow them another run until the 5th. Meanwhile, Brashear scored 1 in the 1st and 4 in the 3rd to lead 5-4 after five. Linn County retook the lead with 4 runs in the 6th, but Brashear got 3 in the 6th and 1 in the 7th for a 9 to 8 win. Quin Allen homered and singled for Brashear, Brandon Jochimsen went 4 for 5, Garrett Housman and John Gerhold had 2 hits each, and Brhet Place and Jace Snelling also had hits. Brhet Place got the start, going 6 innings, striking out 7 with Brandon Jochimsen pitching a scoreless 7th in relief.
